Professional career Founder of the Pfeffer confectionery

Günther Pfeffer was born in Duisburg in 1967

Training in the well-known confectionery Confiserie Cafe Amberg in Kempen on the Lower Rhine from 1984 to 1987

After completing his apprenticeship, Günther Pfeffer worked in various areas as a pastry chef for small and large well-known companies at home and abroad.

As a lecturer at adult education centers, freelance work as a confectioner, Günther Pfeffer was able to gain experience in teaching, training and independent work.

Günther Pfeffer continues to train through his professional career to this day.

This guarantees a high quality, professional competence and training standard.

Günther Pfeffer successfully completed the course to become a master confectioner with a 1-year course in Munich in 2009.

The company was founded in November 2010

To this day, Günther Pfeffer has worked for other companies, trade fairs and vocational schools.

For team building, advanced training, technical presentations.

Günther Pfeffer has been on the examination committee of the Chamber of Crafts for the confectionery trade for the intermediate - retraining - journeyman examinations in Lower Franconia since 2017

Günther Pfeffer has been a board member of the Bavarian Confectioners' Guild since 2017

In 2018 the company was expanded with a sales trailer for ice cream for events, events and festivities. This can be booked for all kinds of events. In addition to ice cream, cakes, snacks and drinks can also be sold here

Since 1 June 2020, the traditional Fischer company has been part of the Pfeffer confectionery company as a café pastry shop
